She has a Physiotherapy, Nutrition and Fitness Clinic in Pune apart from being a Senior Consultant at Kavade Nursing Home. She is the co-founder of the Future Fit Academy (FFA) which helps young athletes achieve their fitness and sporting goals. Dr Kavade’s practice includes athletes (she is an avid Marathon runner herself) & weekend warriors, the elderly and sedentary corporate professionals. She is a much sought after corporate trainer and has worked with top brands like Syngenta (IT), Mindcrest (Legal Outsourcing), Indiacast – Network18 (Television).
