Lt Colonel Rakesh Krishnan, CPP (Retd) is a veteran of the Indian army who recently retired after serving the nation for over two decades. As a paratrooper and a Black cat Commando he specialized in counter terrorist operations. Before hanging his Uniform- he commanded The “National Security Guard”, hub in Kolkata for close to Four years. During his service he was awarded the Chief of Army Staff commendation card for his service to the nation. Lt Colonel R Krishnan founded Catfit- a start-up that works at performance enhancement of Individuals, athletes, Sportspersons,College students and Corporates. He strongly believes the skills and tactics of the Black cat Commandos can be applied successfully in the field of sports, entrepreneurship and Life to achieve ones dreams.

Vipina is a Master’s in Physics ,with a specialisation in Solid state.
Arpan Dixit
Position: Business Head
Arpan Dixit has completed his education from the illustrious and well renowned institution, Sherwood College, Nainital. He has a silver medal in the Honours course as well as a master’s degree. Prior to joining Catfit as its Business Head Marketing and Fitness, he has worked with the Ekman group London as its General Manager India operations, Dell computers (was its best care employee) and Information Resource Development. He is a fitness enthusiast who loves sports and has played at multiple levels in football, skating, bodybuilding and cricket. As a certified professional trainer with a diploma in nutrition he has trained senior sports persons and film actors including former MR U.P Y.Kumar and Md. Nazim Khilji.
Lt. Commander Amiya Patra (Retd.)
Position: Corporate Trainer & Life Coach
Lieutenant Commander Amiya Patra has served the nation for 10 years as an Officer in Naval Marine & Aviation. He pioneered the induction and operation of Advanced Light Helicopter into Navy. He is the first officer in armed forces to conceptualize and produce a documentary film on “flight safety” which is still being used as the promotional movie in naval aviation and Indian Air Force. He has contributed immensely in the training and development of technical workforce and designed innovative methodology for On Job Training (OJT).
On his voluntary retirement from the Navy and completion of business management course in IIM,Indore, he explored the world of possibilities as a freelancer consultant for startups like “Tennis India” magazine and “Cromatica Lifestyle” modular kitchen. For last two years he has been working as defense consultant for an Indian MNC. He has steered the customization of the command and control software to provide a collaborative platform to law enforcement agencies to obviate 26/11 attack like scenario. Recently he has delved into the concept of “Unlearning” and developed a workshop curriculum for the working professionals who are either switching their domain or finding it difficult to adjust to the changing technological developments. He has conducted the similar workshop for Indian Navy and Indian Army officers who are planning to start their second career post retirement. Other Indian firms (TCS & Glocal Healthcare) and Ansel Holdings from Australia have also expressed their interest in his other workshops on modern leadership theories and innovations in change management. All his training sessions and workshops are designed to inculcate an environment for learning among the participants. He practices the experiential learning pedagogy to make learning fun through the examples from real life, cinema and stories.
He started a venture (http://www.penguinevp.com) to provide entrepreneurship platform to students and working professionals in India in association with Federation of Indian Export Organization. His experience of Navy and corporate world is a unique blend of leadership and business acumen. He is a visionary who challenges conventional management theories in management and believes in people driven organizational growth. He’s working with an NGO (Mandar and No More) for drowning prevention campaign in India.
As a speaker, he is delivering his first TEDxGateway talk this month in Mumbai. Before this he has been called as a speaker to few other prestigious platforms like “Next Think Tank” and Ravindra Natya Mandir in Mumbai.
Apart from this, he is also a writer and film maker by passion. He has many short films, promotional video and documentaries to his credit; out of which many were screened in International Film Festivals in India and abroad. One of his short films has been selected for the “Save the Girl Child” campaign. His short film, Deal Done based on dowry system in India has more than 2.5 M views on YouTube.
Capt Yashika Hatwal Tyagi

Captain Yashika Hatwal Tyagi is a Short service commissioned lady Officer from the initial batches of Women entry into Indian Armed Forces. She passed out with a Silver medal from the prestigious (OTA) Officers Training Academy, Chennai in the year 1994. During her Army tenure, she has served in intense counter insurgency / terrorist infested areas of Assam during “Operation Rhino”. She holds the proud distinction of being the first Lady officer from logistics wing to be posted to Extreme cold climate / High altitude areas of Leh /Kargil .She participated actively during “Operation Vijay” and successfully coordinated the logistics, during the war like scenario.
After hanging her boots, she has successfully raised & executed the model of ECHS, a ministry of defense project .Wherein, she worked towards providing effective healthcare delivery to the veterans of Defense services staying in remote corners of counter-insurgency infested areas of Jorhat, Assam and Srinagar, J&K
The experience of working with specially abled children of Asha School and empowering them to live respectfully in mainstream society, still remains closest to her heart, till date.
As a college student, she represented India as student ambassador to Canada under a cross cultural exchange program called Indo-Canada Youth Exchange Program (ICYEP).
She has been the Administrative officer at Symbiosis centre of Health care, Pune and manages standardization, troubleshooting, and ensures stakeholder satisfaction at thirteen locations pan India. As a winner of SYMBIFIT event at Symbiosis International University, she believes that age is just a number and everyone must work consciously towards mental and physical fitness.
Maj Mohammed Ali Shah
Position: Trainer & Speaker
Major Mohommed Ali Shah is a Second Generation Officer who volunteered and joined the Indian Army in the Corp of Artillery. He was posted along the line of Control Indo Pak Border. He saw active service and Operations posted in the Assam Rifles in the North eastern part of the country. He was awarded a commendation card for his meritorious service to the nation.
He did his schooling from Lawrence School, Lovedale and graduated from the Fergusson College, Pune. He is also an alumni of the prestigious IIM Calcutta and has done Theatre with Thespians such as Tom Alter and Naseer Uddin Shah ( who incidentally is his father’s younger brother). He has acted in Theatre and films too, and is a visiting faculty at Subhash Ghai’s “Whistling Woods International”.
Major Mohommed Ali Shah has acted in FTII alumnus Shriram Raghavan’s “Agent Vinod”, and in Vishal Bhardwaj’s “Haider” which won 5 National awards apart from several other prestigious film awards. He has recently completed shooting for National School of Drama alumnus and National award winning director Tigmanshu Dhulia’s latest film “Yaara”. Major Ali won the coveted award of “ Best actor” at the prestigious Delhi International Film Festival, “Best actor” at the International Film Festival of Prayag apart from a ‘Special mention by jury and critique’s” for outstanding performance, and “Best actor” at the Aligarh Film Saaz International Film Festival.
Squadron Leader Meena Arora
Position: Life Coach, Counselor & NLP Trainer
Squadron leader Meena Arora has served in the Indian Air Force for over a decade. During her tenure with IAF she was also responsible for training and counseling of the staff and officers. She is the recipient of two silver medals for service to the nation.
She is a certified life coach, counselor and NLP trainer. She deals with behavioral issues, habits, attitude and transformation along with leadership and personal development, team spirit, relationship management, communication skills and decision making. She conducts sessions for individuals as well as groups and has an experience of over 3000 hours in the field. As a professional she has served with Jeevan Shiksha trust, Rai Diagnostics, Mdi Gurgaon as well as the Hindon Air Base.
She is the founder of the famous “Happiness Project” as well as “Ridhima and Mom” comic series for parenting.
Rajalakshmi Joshi

Rajalakshmi Joshi is a TEDx Speaker, Motivational Speaker, Corporate Trainer, an Architect and Interior Designer, Writer, Editor , Environmentalist, Regional Head for the BetiBachao BetiPadhao initiative , a Political Analyst and a Social Activist.
She is also a Television Panelist on many popular TV channels like Republic, Zee news, Times Now, CNN News18, India Today, NewsX, India Ahead TV etc and was recently awarded the title of “Best Political Analyst” by the Prestigious “Mumbai Achiever Awards 2020”.

Ms. Tanya Chadha, social activist and Trustee of Ladli Foundation Trust, an NGO associated with women empowerment. Shashank Emmanuel

Shashank Emmanuel’s educational journey began at St. Joseph’s College Nanital, a well – renowned boarding School under the guidance of the congregation of Christian Brothers from Ireland. Dr Richa Kavade
Position: Physiotherapist and Sports Nutritionist
For more than a decade she practiced in Goa and Mumbai, where she assisted Bollywood actors and prominent personalities as her patients. She has a Physiotherapy, Nutrition and Fitness Clinic in Pune apart from being a Senior Consultant at Kavade Nursing Home. She is the co-founder of the Future Fit Academy (FFA) which helps young athletes achieve their fitness and sporting goals. Dr Kavade’s practice includes athletes (she is an avid Marathon runner herself) & weekend warriors, the elderly and sedentary corporate professionals. Anupama K Vishwakarma

Anupama is a clinical psychologist working as a counsellor for private clinics and NGOs . She has completed her masters and PG.Diploma along with workshops in subjects like behavior modification and NLP.
Registered with national career service she I possess specialization in behavior modification for children under 16 years of age having several behavioral disfunctions and psychological problems like anxiety, temper tantrums, depression etc.
She has worked to promote suicide prevention and awareness among students and volunteered my services for orphanage children in Jabalpur (MP), teaching importance of emotional intelligence and self-analysis. Providing counselling and guidance for skills like’’ voicing ‘’ self among peers and parents and ‘’how to encounter emotions without acting on them’’.
Karan Shah

Karan started out as a freelance designer for corporates. He has worked with film production houses including Geetha Arts. He then went on to work as the Head of Design for Silicon Gigs, USA. Karan has also been a mentor and conducted several workshops related to web design, graphic design and UI/UX Design.
Karan Shah is also the Founder of 8FX, a Design Agency.
